4 egg whites ā£
1 ¼ cup sugarā£
¼ tsp cream of tartar ā£
Pinch of salt ā£
1 tsp vanillaā£
Cocoa powderā£

INSTRUCTIONSā£
1ļøā£ In your stand mixer, whisk together ¼ cup of water, sugar, egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt. ā£
2ļøā£ Set the bowl over a pan of simmering water then whisk the mixture until very warm. Remove the bowl from the pan. ā£
3ļøā£Beat the frosting until it is stiff and cooled, ~5-7 minutes then beat in the vanilla and cocoa powder. Add cocoa powder gradually until you are happy with the result.ā£
